Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, in one click, right inside your account — no phone call, no email request, and no third-party billing portal. Canceling stops the next annual renewal; it does not end your service. Your access continues in full through the end of the year you have already paid for.

To cancel: sign in, go to My Subscription, and click Cancel subscription. That is all it takes. You can turn renewal back on any time before your paid year ends.

Refunds

Agenda Insider does not issue refunds for the unused portion of a paid year. Subscribers retain access through the end of their current paid year upon cancellation, but no refund is issued for the unused portion. We do not offer refunds for unused features, missed login periods, or changes in business circumstances.

Annual Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed annually in advance and renew automatically each year. You may cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; your access continues through the end of the paid year. There are no refunds for the unused portion of a paid year.

Renewal Reminder

We email you a renewal reminder exactly 30 days before each annual renewal, so an upcoming charge is never a surprise. If you would rather not renew, you can cancel any time before that date — in one click, from your account — and you keep full access through the end of the year you have already paid for.
