Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through the self-serve cancellation flow in their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues for the full duration of the period the subscriber has already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of paid periods.
To cancel: sign in, go to My Subscription, click Payment & Billing, then click Cancel subscription in the Stripe customer portal.
Refunds
Agenda Insider does not issue refunds after the 14-day trial period. Subscribers retain access through the end of their current paid window upon cancellation, but no refund is issued for the unused portion. We do not offer refunds for unused features, missed login periods, or changes in business circumstances.
Trial Period
New subscribers receive a 14-day trial. During the trial, subscribers can cancel with no charge. The day-15 charge proceeds automatically unless cancellation has been completed.
Billing Notifications
Agenda Insider does not send email notifications of scheduled charges. The daily/weekly pre-permit intelligence digest delivered at 5:00 AM in the subscriber's local timezone serves as ongoing reminder of the paid subscription.
